ShibuiKnits Patterns - Mix No 10

Classic colorwork goes modern with the addition of bright, hip hues of Cima. Held double throughout, the superbaby alpaca and fine merino blend gives No. 10 a lightweight yet cozy feel. Skinny vertical stripes of varying color provide an appealing graphic look, while a plush pompom on top adds a fun touch of whimsy. The slip stitch stripe design makes No. 10 an excellent first colorwork project.

sizing: 17.2" circumference

gauge: 40 sts & 64 rnds = 4" in slip stitch stripe pattern on larger needles, with two strands of yarn held together. because each stitch is slipped every second round, each visible round should be counted as two rounds when measuring gauge.

needles: 2 (3mm) & 3 (3.25mm) 16" circular needles, 3 (3.25mm) set of dpns
