The Yarniad - Pontos Cardigan

This cardigan is super easy to wear, too, and is a great transitional-weather piece. Throw it on with a dress or some jeans and a scarf and you're good to go. It's great belted, too, even if you can't usually rock the belted-outerwear thing.
