FOR QUESTIONS REGARDING DELIVERY OF AN ORDER DURING NOV/DEC:
USPS quite regularly experiences extra delays, mysterious additional routings, and who even knows what else during the busy holiday shipped period. We wish we could control this, but sadly, we can not. So, really, please only e-mail us if it has been 5 business days since your order was shipped. We very much want to make sure your package reaches you, but USPS will not open research requests on packages until 5 business days have passed. Inquiries about orders shipped fewer than 5 business days will be answered after the 5th business day has passed so we can confirm if a research request needs to be made.
